Officer Installations, Smørbrød, Cake and games. Smørbrød: If you have a favorite recipe, please make some. Keep the pieces a little smaller so we can try them all. If you haven't made it before, you can google or try this formula: A thin slice (or 1/4 slice) of bread, followed by a spread from edge to edge of butter, cream cheese, mayo, etc. Next a thin layer of fruit or vegetable like a lettuce leaf, radish or cucumber slices, or even a slice of pear. Next a serving of protein: seafood, egg, beef, cheese. Finally garnish with something. Use your imagination. Rye bread is often used, but if you're going with fruit and cheese you might like to use something lighter.
