You may choose to relax in a silk hammock, gently cocooned in soft fabric while immersed in sound, or on a comfortable mat if you prefer to remain grounded. Both offer a beautiful and supportive experience.
Floating hammock spaces offer a unique sense of weightless support and are especially loved by those seeking deeper relaxation.
As you rest, the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, Reiki drum and chimes help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and guide the body into deep relaxation.
