Join us for a hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to build and install a rain barrel at home! Each participant will leave with a fully assembled rain barrel, ready to install and start using right away.Rain barrels collect rainwater from your downspout for reuse around your home, perfect for watering plants, cleaning yard equipment, or other outdoor needs. This simple, sustainable solution helps reduce household water use while also decreasing stormwater runoff.
All materials and tools will be provided, including a 55-gallon hard plastic drum. Staff will guide you step by step through the building and installation process, making this workshop beginner-friendly.
