Join hearth cook Ruth Konrad as she guides participants in recreating a seasonal meal drawn from a 1745 German cookbook. Working over an open hearth, you’ll explore the techniques, tools, and ingredients that shaped everyday cooking in early Pennsylvania German households.Location: The Speaker’s House, 151 W.
