2. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. One £10 Ticket can be redeemed per attendee, per transaction.
4. Customised and Engraved Products cannot be returned.
5. Appointment Packages (aka Courses) cannot be cancelled or refunded.
6. Appointment Packages cannot be purchased with Gift Cards, Account Credit, or any other payment method other that Cash or Card.
7. Complimentary Appointments are only free of charge if an Appointment Package is purchased per complimentary appointment you've had.
8. Complimentary Appointments are subject to our usual cancellation policy. If you no-show or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the usual full price for the appointment.
