Advanced / Pro Ballet with Maddie

This advanced / pro level ballet class is fast-paced and follows the structure of a traditional company class. Perfect for pro dancers looking to maintain their training or hobby dancers who want to improve their strength and stamina.

The class will consist of a full length barre, centre practice, adage, pirouettes, petit allegro and grand allegro.

Dancers should be confident at picking up long, complex combinations quickly and have the stamina to perform exercises multiple times. Adaptations of exercises to suit your individual needs are welcome.
