Sketch Club: Miniature Figure Drawing

Black Hippie Art Sketch Club is a creative gathering for BIPOC artists looking to build community, connect with likeminded creators, and make space for joy through art. Whether you’re a seasoned illustrator or just picking up a pencil again, this meetup offers a relaxed environment to sketch, share ideas, and be in community with other artists of color. Supplies are provided, and entry is FREE—all you need to bring is yourself and your creativity. During this session, we will do "figure drawing" by sketching mini wooden mannequins in stylized setup.

• Everyone is welcome in this free event! You do not have to have a MakerSpace membership or any affiliation with Utility Works to attend.

Parking:

• Street Parking is metered in the front and side of the Utility Works building.
• The Highland Avenue parking lot (18 N Highland Ave.) is a half a block away. The lot is also metered.
