We’re excited to introduce Friday Night Live EXTREME, a high-energy weekly training experience designed to bring instruction, competition, and fun together, all under the lights at SixFour3 Ashburn.
What to expect:
Game-like reps in a fun, high-energy environment
Game time situational work led by our SixFour3 trainers and college standouts, Paige Knussman (Salisbury University hitting standout, current Head Coach for Riverside High School, and former Head Coach of Marymount University) and Kristina Karagiorgis (Virginia Wesleyan University pitching standout)
Coach Paige and Coach Kristina will work on:
•Mental preparation, as well as give instruction on mechanical tune up
•Competitive HitTrax tournament play each session
•Perfect for players looking to sharpen skills and compete prior to the High School and Middle School season
