Sivananda Flow Yoga – A Journey of Breath, Movement & Inner Connection
Sivananda Flow Yoga is an invitation to explore the balance between structure and surrender, tradition and flow.
Guided by Çetin, a yogi with roots in Hatha Tantra, Sivananda yoga, and shamanic practices, this class blends classical Sivananda postures with dynamic movement, breathwork, and energy cultivation techniques.
Each class is designed to awaken inner power, deepen presence, and realign the body and mind with breath and awareness. Moving beyond a traditional static practice, this class introduces fluid transitions between postures, allowing for a more meditative and embodied experience.
What to Expect
- Traditional Sivananda yoga practice with a focus on breath, alignment, and flow
- Guided pranayama (breathwork) and relaxation techniques to balance the nervous system
- A fusion of movement, mindfulness, and shamanic energy practices to deepen connection
- A welcoming space for all levels to explore yoga as a tool for transformation
This is a donation-based offering, open to anyone seeking a deeper connection with themselves through movement, breath, and meditative awareness.
