We’re wagging our tails with excitement...Sit. Stay. Down Dog! Yoga is expanding to Sarasota! Our newest location will support The Rescue Garage, with 40% of every ticket going directly to help their pups find loving homes.
Join us for a soulful yoga flow led by The Velvet Mat, complete with adoptable dogs spreading joy and snuggles while you move, breathe, and laugh your way through class.

As always, our original pack will still gather every first Sunday at Dog Bar in St. Pete (10–11 AM) with adoptable pups from the Humane Society of Pinellas.
Come flow, play, and make a difference, because yoga’s even better with puppy kisses and furry hands on assists. 💜
