Mommy & Me at The Bay: Core & Cradle Pilates

Core & Cradle Pilates kicks off the new Mommy & Me series at The Bay.

This community-rooted Mommy & Me pilates class is created by STOTT-certified Pilates instructor and new mom, Somer Menozzi. Born from the real, raw experience of early motherhood, Core & Cradle provides a space for moms to move, connect, and just be— without pressure or expectations.

Grounded in research around the power of movement and shared experience, Core & Cradle Pilates invites participants to gather at The Bay to move, breathe, and build strength— together!

What to Bring: A yoga mat and water bottle. Baby carriers are optional. Of course, babies are welcome, but never required :)

Know Before You Go:

• Free parking is located around the site— along Blvd of the Arts and Van Wezel Way, and in front of the Van Wezel, Municipal Auditorium and Blue Pagoda. Please avoid parking in designated Sarasota Orchestra parking areas.
• Some events attract large crowds: Arrive early, be kind, and please be patient.
• All pets must be non-aggressive and on a leash at all times. Owners are expected to pick up after their pets.

This event will happen rain or shine. Based on Florida’s unpredictable weather, location decisions will often be made closer to the time of the event. In the case of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors. In the rare occasion that an indoor location is unavailable, this event will be cancelled. Location changes or cancellations will be communicated via ,, and. Due to the high demand of this class, if an event is moved indoors, space will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.
