Pause in the middle of your week to reconnect with stillness.

Sit for Peace is a gentle guided meditation session that supports clarity, emotional balance, and a sense of grounded calm. The session begins with a brief recitation of the words for loving-kindness and soft bell sound, helping the mind settle naturally into quiet awareness.

Through guided and silent meditation, participants are invited to cultivate a steady presence that can be carried into daily life.

No previous meditation experience is necessary. All are welcome.
