Welcome to the Sisters Of The Heart a sacred space where women gather in person for a deeply nourishing 7-week journey.After the quickening and the busyness of the Summer months we are now beginning the decent into Autum and Winter. This is an opportunity to slow down and harvest the fruits of the seasons gone by. This journey is an opportunity to reflect and offer spaciousness outside of every day life for creativity, connection and nourishment. This is so needed during these times, so I felt the strong calling to make this space available for those who resonate.
Each Wednesday evening, we will come together to co-create a safe, nurturing space. This lovingly held space invites you to deepen your connection with yourself, others, and the divine, while embracing the power of sisterhood. Guided by the wisdom of the Divine Feminine, you’ll experience rituals and ceremonies that give space for contemplation, reflection, healing and nourishment.
Over the course of these 7 weeks, we will explore the rich landscapes of our Heart, Mind, Body, and Soul through powerful practices, including:

✨Inner Child & Inner Union Exploration
✨Journaling
✨Somatics & Embodiment Practices

✨Sharing Circles & Partner Work (a profound practice of
witnessing and being witnessed)
✨Take-home practices to support your ongoing journey
✨Sound Bath Relaxation & Integration
