You're very welcome to join me for this Hatha and the Harp class, which will tie in to the turning of the seasons and specifically the Autumn Equinox. Local, talented musician Steve AKA the Celtic Harper, will be creating a dreamy and very beautiful sound experience alongside a Hatha yoga practice led by me, Adele.
** What is the Autumn Equinox and what does that look like within a Yoga practice? **
As the season tips from Summer into Autumn, we will be inviting ourselves to go with the flow of the internal and external shifts within us and outside of us. We will be honouring the balance of light and dark at the equinox; whilst integrating the left and right side bodies. You'll also enjoy some deep hip openers to help us to release and settle, honouring the Earth’s seasonal turn toward rest and regeneration.
As with all these practices, there are no shoulds, no expectations, do as much or as little as you would like on the night. The yoga is for all abilities, for every body and everybody.
