May sister Circle

Friday 29th 7-9pm at Chai Cocoa Cafe in Maidenhead.

I will be co-hosting with Meditation practitioner Ananda Rose (Corina Cronfield) and me : Natural Energy Therapy (Daniela Alessi)

Circle is Held in our intimate & cosy, warmly lit, insence infused, Chai Cocoa Cafe space. Once the cafe closes, it is transformed into sacred space.

In this supported space, Our Sister Circle invites you to:

• Bless & Drink our homemade seasonal tea
• Optional Sharing
• Gentle & slow movement & breathwork for restoration
• Creative activity
• Guided Meditation
• Crystal bowl soundbath

Between Corina and myself, we will be guiding you all through a relaxed and friendly 2hr session.

Our sister circle offers a safe, judgment-free space for women to connect, share stories, and find mutual support, fostering emotional healing, personal growth, and community. By attending, you can benefit from deep listening, shared experiences, mentorship, and empowerment, reducing anxiety and overcoming isolation.

Tickets are limited for this session, as this space is intimite, cosy and holds 8 people.

What to bring:

• A journal & pen
• Shawl or blanket to keep cosy
• Anything else that helps you feel supported and comfortable

Terms & Conditions :

No refund policy, You can: either carry ticket on for the next session or gift it to someone.

Please note:

This is an over 18’s, respectfully alcohol and drug free environment.

Soundbath contraindications :

Gentle sound baths, while generally relaxing, may have contraindications for individuals with pacemakers, epilepsy, or metal implants, as vibrations can cause discomfort or interfere with devices. It is also advised against during the first trimester of pregnancy and for those with severe, unstable mental health conditions.

If you have any contraindications above, Please make sure you've fully checked with your GP that you will be safe to attend the session. And that you come fully aware of these contraindications and agree to take full resposability for yourself, health and your wellbeing and that Ananda Rose & Natural Energy Therapy are not liable if affected by any contraindication side effect that may incur during or after the event.
