Sister Circle & Yoga is a space for women to pause, reconnect, and heal...together and within.

✨ The Circle
We begin in community, gathering in a guided Sister Circle. Through intentionally crafted questions, journaling, and open sharing, you’ll be invited to reflect on who you are, who you’re becoming, and what your soul is asking for. These conversations allow us to dig deep, connect meaningfully, and remember that we are not alone.

✨ The Yoga
After the Circle, we turn inward. Jasmin, a certified yoga teacher, somatic healing guide, and Nervous System Regulation Coach, will lead a beginner-friendly yoga and movement practice. This is a time to release what the body has been holding, calm the nervous system, and integrate the insights that surfaced in the Circle.

✨ The Why
It takes a village to heal, to grow, and to hear our intuition clearly. Sister Circle & Yoga offers both the support of the circle and the quiet of inner work, so you don’t have to do it alone.
