Understand early detection and intervention as strategic tools to reduce liability, downtime, and turnover—highlighting the return on investment of structured support systems and awareness training.
Identify leading indicators and red flags associated with mental distress, including behaviors driven by isolation, substance misuse, and financial strain—critical for timely leadership response and loss prevention.
Apply evidence-informed practices to recognize and address suicide warning signs—focusing on leadership response protocols, resource pathways, and how to escalate appropriately within legal and ethical frameworks.
Support a resilient workforce culture by reducing stigma and proactively integrating employee support services (e.g., EAPs, peer networks, and third-party resources) into standard business operations—protecting people, projects, and profitability.

Her firm supports high-performing leaders by aligning organizational goals with physical, emotional, and relational well-being, drawing on her background in executive coaching, leadership development, and clinical expertise in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. In 2025, she was honored as a World Woman Leader in Wellness at the Who is Who International Awards in Athens and previously recognized by the International Association of Sciences and Collaboration in Vatican City-State. Falkler also teaches graduate courses in Management, Leadership, and Communication at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and is the author of The Relationship Coach and The Professor.
