Sistah Soul Care Mini Retreat

Welcome to the Sistah Soul Care Mini Retreat! We have created a safe soulful space and experience for Black and Brown Women! Come and join us for a day of relaxation and rejuvenation at the beautiful Salt and Detox Oasis. This event Sistah Circle is about honouring our ancestors. Please wear white of your choosing. Bring a something small with you even a photo to place on the altar to reverence your ancestor. We will speak their names and pour a libation for them. We will partake in a sound bath and flow in a soul meditation. We will then debrief and share our experiences in our sacred space.
