Every Saturday, you're invited to rest within the sacred space of Labyrinth Walking for a 40-minute Sound Bath—a meditative, soul-soothing experience where crystal singing bowls, chimes, and harmonic tones gently wash over your body, clearing what no longer serves and aligning you with deep inner peace.

This is more than relaxation—it’s energetic restoration. As each frequency flows through you, stress melts away, emotions uncoil, and your spirit begins to hum with clarity and calm. You may find your mind stills, your body softens, and your breath becomes your anchor.

No prior experience is needed—just bring a yoga mat or cushion, and any comfort items you desire (blankets, eye mask, cozy socks). A limited number of blankets and cushions are also available onsite.
