Join us for Sis Walks & Talks, a soulful morning of movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. This intentional walking group experience includes:

• Sound bath is a meditative experience where you’re immersed in soothing sounds and vibrations from instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes — helping you release tension, calm your mind, and restore inner balance

• A light continental breakfast to nourish your morning
• Welcome Frosé
• A refreshing trail walk with empowering conversation

(yoga mats are included)

Whether you’re looking to recharge, reflect, or simply connect with other women in a supportive space, this event is for you.

Things to Note

Tickets are non-refund, this event is tented & will be rain or shine.

There is limited first come first served free street parking. You can also add on a guaranteed reserved parking spot in front of the venu during checkout or ride share apps are recommended.

Venue Location:

The event will take place directly across from the Gatehouse Restaurant, in front of the large ship near the white building just inside the Navy Yard gates.

How to Find Us

• As you head down Broad Street, look for the iron Navy Yard gate sign.
• Once you enter the gate, you’ll immediately see a large ship and a white building on your right — that’s our event venue.
• To your left at the light, you’ll see The Gatehouse Restaurant, which has free street parking nearby.
• Please note: Some GPS systems may not bring you directly to the venue entrance.

Parking Details

• Reserved Parking: If you have reserved parking, turn right toward the white building upon entering.
• General Parking: If you do not have reserved parking, turn left at the light to access free street parking near The Gatehouse Restaurant.(Please do not park in the Gatehouse Restaurant’s private lot.)
• If you’re having trouble locating the venue, enter The Gatehouse Restaurant into your GPS as a reference point — we’re directly across the street, in front of the large grey ship.
