A 1-hour Zumba session focused on body love, joy, and movement without pressure or perfection.

A guided sound bath experience to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support deep relaxation.

Short, guided moments including intention setting, self-reflection, and heart-centered practices you can take with you beyond the event.
