Sips, Stories & Rosé with Author Kettia Ming | Run the Mile You're In
About this Event
Kettia Ming built a childcare company from her basement into four Manhattan locations, then sold it in a multimillion-dollar acquisition. When she tried to work again, the company that bought her sued her. Run the Mile You're In is her account of that fight and the decade around it: building, losing, and finding herself in the middle of it all.
This isn't your typical book event. Come for an evening of conversation and warmth, the kind that lingers long after you leave. Think good company, a space for reflection, and a curated flight of rosés and bubbles, custom-crafted by a dear friend of Kettia's.
The evening includes:
- A reading from Run the Mile You're In
- A candid conversation with Kettia about her journey
- Audience Q&A, including the vulnerable questions
- A guided rosé and bubbles tasting flight
- Light bites
- A signed copy of the book, included with your ticket
Whether you're an entrepreneur, a reader, or someone who has ever had to find their footing again, we'd love to have you in the room.
For security purposes, the venue address will be shared with registered attendees only. The event takes place at a private venue steps from Grand Central Terminal.
