Sips & Systems: Give Your Client Experience a 2027 Tune-Up

Before you start planning what you want to accomplish in 2027, let’s take a look at what it’s actually like to be your client.

From the moment someone inquires to the moment you deliver their images, there are a lot of moving pieces—and plenty of opportunities for things to feel clunky, confusing, or way more manual than they need to be.

That’s what Sips & Systems is for.

This month, we’re taking a step back and looking at your client experience from beginning to end: what’s working well, where things are getting stuck, and what could use a little TLC before you head into a new year.

This isn’t a workshop.

There’s no presentation or long list of things you should be doing in your business.

Instead, we’ll use my 10-Minute Systems Audit to look at your client experience from beginning to end, identify what’s working well, and pinpoint the areas that could use a little TLC.

Think coffee + coworking + problem-solving, with a little COO brainpower in the room.

Hi, I'm Julia 👋

I’m the founder of The Photographer’s COO, where I help photographers make their businesses easier to run.

I’ve spent 15+ years as a photographer, and I’ve seen the same thing happen over and over: you start a photography business because you love to create, and suddenly you’re also the business owner—tracking invoices, managing projects, answering client questions, building systems, and running a freaking business.

Those “business things” are what I love.

Sips & Systems is a chance to step out of the day-to-day for a minute, connect with other photographers who get it, and find solutions to the things that keeping you stuck.
