Sips and the City: A Downtown Coffee & Cocktail Crawl
Grab your favorite people and step into your main-character era at Sips and the City. Inspired by friendship, fashion, and unforgettable city adventures, Sips & the City begins at Historic City Hall, where attendees will enjoy coffee, light bites, music, and interactive experiences before setting off on a guided social stroll through downtown Lake Charles.
Along the way, you'll encounter themed stops, photo-worthy moments, character-inspired activations, and opportunities to connect with friends old and new. Whether you're a Carrie, Charlotte, Miranda, Samantha, or a Lake Charles original, there's a place for everyone in this downtown adventure.
The journey concludes at Broad and Ryan, where participating restaurants and bars will transform downtown into a vibrant social district. Explore signature cocktails, themed menus, exclusive specials, entertainment, and unique experiences hosted by local businesses as the city becomes your playground for the evening.
Crawlers can complete a Sips & the City Passport, encouraging you to explore new spots, connect with fellow crawlers, and soak up the downtown atmosphere. Turn in a completed card at the end of the crawl to be entered into a raffle drawing!
Dress Code: City Chic
Think brunch in Manhattan meets downtown Lake Charles. Flowy dresses, stylish sneakers, linen sets, statement sunglasses, bold colors, and your favorite accessories are encouraged. Comfortable enough to stroll, stylish enough for cocktails.

Make your way to Pujo St., where attendees are free to explore a curated collection of experiences, activities, and specialty offerings. Collect bingo stamps, discover local businesses, take photos, and enjoy exclusive Sips & the City experiences along the way. Participating Stops May Include: DPR Gallery

• Closing remarks. Crawlers that complete a passport and turn in the card by 2:30 PM will be entered into a random drawing to receive a $20 gift card from one of the participating downtown businesses. 4 or more winners will be announced at 2:45 PM. Winners must be present to claim the prize!
