Start off by learning how to embrace slowing down and the joys of simplicity by incorporating a meditative tea ritual into your evening. Each student will be equipped with a bamboo mat, personal teacup, thermos, loose tea leaves, a wooden scoop, tea lite, and an offering from Mother Nature. This tea practice will ease you into a state of relaxation, preparing you for the second half of practice, where Titi will guide you through a yoga nidra practice designed specifically to help you relax, rest, and hopefully fall asleep!
