You’ll begin with a guided tasting of three non-alcoholic wines, then choose your favorite to enjoy by the glass as you settle in with a pen and mini journal. From there, a series of welcoming writing prompts will spark creativity and meaningful connection. The prompts are approachable and flexible, with multiple options to choose from depending on what speaks to your heart in the moment. Themes include playful imagination, self-compassion and permission, and sensory expression.
