* Taste a variety of different coffees in a guided cupping to explore flavour, body, and aroma
* Learn how grind settings affect extraction and how to choose the right grind
* Practise “dialling in” an espresso machine for a balanced shot
* Have a go at basic latte art patterns (hearts, tulips, and simple designs)
* Ask questions throughout in a relaxed, no-pressure environment
