The SIOR Canada Central Chapter and CREDA GTA: Southwestern Ontario Industrial Property Tour offers a unique opportunity to explore some of Southwestern Ontario’s most significant industrial properties and gain firsthand insight into the region’s evolving logistics and industrial landscape.

Participants will visit a curated selection of institutional-quality projects, developed by HOOPP, Fengate, Intermarket and Dream while connecting with leading brokers, developers, owners, investors, and other commercial real estate professionals.

A networking reception and lunch at Beertown Cambridge will provide additional opportunities to build relationships and discuss market trends shaping the Cambridge and Guelph industrial corridors.
