Time: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Cost: Free event
RSVP by: August 1st - all guests who RSVP by 8/1/25 are welcome! We expect to have a very high attendance of both families and hospital staff!

Activities Include:

10:00 AM–12:00 PM: Educational sessions and provider/patient/parent panels

12:00 PM–2:00 PM: Lunch, snacks, outdoor fun, and networking

Special events:

Dunk tank: “Dunk your doctor or surgeon!”

Patient Talent Show (Email [email protected] to participate)

T-shirts available for purchase (designed by a heart mom; QR code on flyer)

Note: Bring a blanket and camping chairs. Free parking available.
