This class may be run by a professional singer but if you are looking for vocal training to improve and enhance your singing voice then this is not the class for you! This is a chance for ordinary people (adults only) to leave their normal lives at the door and come together in a safe and supportive way to sing themselves happy!
Singing is well recognised for having wonderful healing properties for those suffering with depression, anxiety and stress as well as for those with memory loss, dementia or simply struggling with confidence and self esteem.This class aims through the media of fun vocal exercises and group singing to bring out the inner diva (or divo!) boosting confidence and improving emotional stability.
