Why do we sing?
Because it feels good! And there’s science behind it...
Studies have found that group singing
-lessens anxiety
-eases postpartum depression
-reduces stress hormones
Music making exercises the brain and body. It improves breathing, posture and muscle tension.

We welcome tiny babies and children at our class, but this is NOT a baby group. This class is focussed on women’s wellbeing, and the little ones who witness their mum joyfully singing soak up the magic, and sometimes join in too.

We start with a simple warm up and then sing uplifting songs from all over the world!
We create beautiful sounds and layer up our voices in harmony.
