Bask in the resonant sound of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls
Throughout history, singing bowls have been used around the world to foster meditation, relaxation, prayer and mind-body-spirit wellness. In this session with Kathy Broghammer, we will let the resonant sounds of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls relax the entire body and create a pathway for clearer connection with the divine. We will be invited to just receive and breathe.
The cost is $10, and registration is required by noon.
