Jacqui and Susie have been a dynamic duo, headlining the iconic Melbourne Abba tribute band BABBA since the early 2000s til present day.Over these two decades they have brewed their special chemistry of fun and honed their love of singing together in perfect harmony to a level that is a joy to behold.
Their particular style of repartee is one that can only be born from many years spent travelling and performing together. As they say “We have now come to share one brain”.
This Mother’s day, Susie King and Jacqui Hamilton will arrive at MEMO Music Hall, St Kilda to share their favourite Olivia Newton John and Karen Carpenter songs. 2025 saw the beginning of their brand new show “SING” that has sold out to every venue they’ve played. This show is a special treat for these two powerful pop girls and if you cry with laughter or with raw emo on for the beauty of the vocals they bring to the stage, don’t be surprised.
Susie King and Jacqui Hamilton present the songs and stories of Olivia Newton John and Karen Carpenter. This show is a cavalcade of the hits of these two wonderful performers. Susie and Jacqui will talk about their connections with Olivia and Karen both musically and personally.
They will also invite the audience to join in and make this a very special, unique event this MOTHER’S DAY.
