Feeling stressed, worried, or outraged? Unsure of how to respond to increased hate, intolerance and division threatening our community and Canada?
We invite you to come USE YOUR VOICE to resist and SING in SOLIDARITY with our neighbours both near and far!
Last March, over 600 came out to SING in SOLIDARITY. This time, we're bringing it to the streets…
On Sunday, October 25, from 4 - 6 PM, come and learn songs of LOVE, RESISTANCE, and HOPE as we proclaim the inclusive society we stand for. No experience necessary - ALL are welcome with a special invitation to youth and young adults.
We will begin our singing inside at Trillium church, but then will WALK to Waterloo Town Square and continue our singing there. We want to take the singing OUTSIDE to the people! Please dress accordingly.
This is a free community event open to ALL. It's being organized by a collaboration of concerned citizens, community partners, and schools.
Parking is free in Trillium’s lot. Additional free parking is available on Willow street at the City Centre Parking lot.
