You’ll be immersed in the soothing frequencies of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, Native American flute, rain stick, and other sound healing instruments. Let the vibrations wash over you and guide you back to balance—effortlessly.

If you’d like to attend as a pair, there is a cozy fold-out couch where two people can comfortably lie down together (as long as you’re okay being close). This allows space for up to 6 participants total. Please message Janessa if you’d like to reserve a paired spot.

- Blanket/Pillow or anything else you need to lay comfortably on the floor
A small foam mat and bolster will be provided. If you would like extra padding please feel free to bring your own mat.
