Between sauna rounds, cool off in nature. Lake plunges are available in spring and fall. In winter, you can step into the crisp air or roll in the snow. Afterward, settle into our cozy relaxation area with lemon water, plush change robes, and soft blankets. Journal, reflect, or simply rest.
