Exhibition Simply Soil at Lillington Library

Inspired by the French children's book ] written by Lou Sarabadzic and illustrated by Maya Mihindou, this exhibition celebrates the richness of soil and the vibrant ecosystems it sustains through the power of poetry. It invites us to look more closely at the ground beneath our feet and the stories it holds. Featuring extracts translated into English for the first time by Laura Cole and Harriet Pickering, the exhibition encourages us to reflect on the landscapes, communities, and environments we call home.
