Come and Play at Lillington Library
Help your community grow.
See soil differently: unearth stories and trace local landscapes through extracts of the children's book ], written by Lou Sarabadzic and illustrated by Maya Mihindou. We will celebrate the gifts of soil and its ecosystem, and play with words in English and French languages. Stay 10 minutes or longer.
This event is great for:
- Celebrating our community, meeting and socialising with other locals
- Boosting wellbeing through fun and connection
- Poetry lovers and francophiles
- Helping all ages to learn the benefits of sharing stories and language play
- Discovering what our libraries offer
Time: 11:15am-12:00pm

Age: All ages (children must be accompanied by an adult at all times)
Booking: This is a drop-in event, so booking is not required. If you do choose to book a ticket, please be aware that it does not guarantee you a space. Participation will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
