Time: 11:30am-3:30pm

Ages: 18 & up

Price: $90 + $45 Kit fee (see bold below)

(The PREREQUISITES for this class are Silversmithing Level 1-Butane Torch & Silversmithing Level 2 - Jewelry Soldering or prior butane torch silver soldering experience)

This intermediate level class is for those with soldering and basic jewelry fabrication skills who want to add a new skill or perfect their setting technique. Bezel settings are extremely versatile and perfect for capturing any flat back stone. In this workshop students will choose from a variety of cabochons and learn the calculations for building a proper fitting bezel setting with fine and sterling silver. In this class you will learn how to calculate bezel strip length and width, 2-3 operation soldering, setting cabs and at least one completed cabochon set stone/glass pendant.

There is a supply kit fee made payable to the teacher day of class by cash or check. Please come prepared to pay this fee.
