This class is designed to meet you where you are at. You'll begin by getting comfortable in the aerial yoga hammock while learning simple foundational skills that help improve balance, mobility, flexibility, and body awareness.
Throughout the workshop, we'll explore a variety of supported stretches that lengthen the body, strength-building movements, and beginner-friendly aerial poses—all at a comfortable pace. You'll experience a combination of structure, support, curiosity, and play as you build confidence in the hammock and perhaps surprise yourself with what you're capable of.
Expect plenty of encouragement, laughter, and opportunities to explore new skills in a safe and welcoming environment. Whether you're looking to move more freely, challenge yourself in a fun new way, or simply enjoy the feeling of being supported by the hammock, this class is for you.
