Get Your Energy Up – Join Our Mindful Motion - Silent Fitness Dance Classes at affordable prices!

Led by the incredible Freedom Dance, these great-energy Silent Fitness dance classes will have you burning calories, boosting your mood, and feeling amazing – all while moving to the beat.
Spaces are limited, so don’t wait! Tell your friends and make it a dance party to remember.
On average you will do 5,000 steps in one session!
*Feel free to bring your stroller— babies must stay in their buggies or carriers (for safety reasons), but that doesn’t mean you can’t move and have fun!
This class is open to all abilities, so you can go all out with high energy or take it at your own pace and simply enjoy the rhythm.
Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated, and we’ll also have refreshments available on-site.
No matter your age—whether you’re 18, 100, or anywhere in between—everyone is welcome!
