This is a silent ceremony: We arrive in Silence, check-in in silence, hold the event in silence, and exit in silence.
The sacredness of a silent ceremony is the true connection to self.
We will meditate in silence, bring journal to hold your thoughts, your experience.
Mara will vocally start ceremony & end - the entirety of the ceremony besides this brief vocal introduction & closing will be in beautiful sacred silence.
The breath & presence will be the anchor of this silent ceremony
The practice of a silent ceremony is to bring about an intense spiritual feeling of connection. In its simplistic state it is to enjoy the the sacred in silent togetherness. The purity of connected energy of breath & being. Nothing more-nothing less.
Please bring yoga mat, blanket/meditation shawl, meditation cushion if have & a mug for herbal tea, if like
