Join Mara for this intensive training. Mara has trained extensively in the practice of restorative yoga & savasana, training with Judith Lasater, the master of restorative yoga. If you have attended any of Mara’s Restorative classes within the past 13 years you have experienced her gift & love of this beautiful practice of stillness!
