Silence at Sea Meditation Sailing Experience | Barcelona

Every Tuesday we sail into the Mediterranean to experience silence, presence and deep disconnection from the noise of the city.

For 2.5 hours, we navigate slowly along the coast of Barcelona in a sailing boat, creating a space for meditation, breathing and contemplation of the sea.

This experience invites you to pause, listen and reconnect with yourself through the rhythm of the water and the wind.

The journey includes a guided meditation led by Teresa Alemán and navigation with sailing skipper Gabriel Alpuin.

We sail from Port Olímpic (Barceloneta) in a small group to keep the experience intimate and calm.

To protect the experience of silence and mindfulness, mobile phones are not allowed during the sailing.

If weather conditions are not suitable for sailing, the activity will be rescheduled.
