We will spend 90 minutes moving through a series of Yin postures held in complete silence— no music, no speaking. In this stillness emotions and tensions naturally rise to surface, offering space for acceptance and release.
We will finish with 90 minutes of gentle community connection. Together we share reflections, sip fresh juice and enjoy a curated charcuterie spread, grounding the practice in nourishment and dialogue.

*** The reason this is for those who have done yoga before, is because holding poses for extended periods of time can be difficult as it is, but when paired with silence, it becomes more difficult physically and especially mentally.
$35 for each ticket. Includes the 3 hours, juice, food and welcome gifts.
Raffle will include a whole yogi set up! A yoga mat, yoga bag, bolster set, and yoga blanket. 🤩
