Signal Over Noise: A Time Management Workshop for Leaders Who Do It All
About this Event
In the nonstop world of nonprofit work, everything feels urgent—and distractions are everywhere. Whether you’re a site coordinator juggling student needs and admin tasks or a frontline worker teaching classes while drowning in emails, it’s easy to feel like your day runs you instead of the other way around.
This engaging, interactive workshop is designed to help nonprofit professionals regain control of their time by learning to focus on what really matters and filter out the rest.
You’ll learn:
- Why procrastination happens—and how to overcome it without shame
- A powerful framework called Signal vs. Noise to help you prioritize with clarity
- How to identify your Top 3 daily priorities and stick to them
- Ways to communicate your workload to colleagues and supervisors without guilt
- What to do when tasks come at you faster than you can finish them
Packed with reflection, movement, discussion, and real-world scenarios, this session offers tools you can use immediately to lower stress, boost productivity, and make time for what matters most.
Stop drowning in distractions—and start making your time work for you
