Everyone is welcome at our American Sign Language (ASL) storytelling and music experience! Whether you’re brand-new to signing, fluent in ASL, learning alongside your little one, or simply curious, you belong here. The program is presented in ASL with English interpretation.
Ms. Kei-Che, a BlackDeaf woman, shares her favorite books in ASL and an artistic performance. The audience are invited to learn ASL handshapes and vocabulary. Immediately following the performance will be a craft activity. Librarian Caitlyn brings the story to life with a fun, book-inspired craft!
Saturdays with Ms. Kei-Che bring together babies, kids, parents, grandparents, Deaf and hearing families, and everyone in between. Come learn, sign, create, and fellowship with us! No previous ASL experience needed. All ages and all signing levels are welcome.
