Sicilian Specialities - Learn to Make Arancini & Cannoli

Join us for a cooking class where you'll learn to create two Sicilian iconic dishes: arancini and cannoli.

In this hands-on experience, you'll master the art of making crispy, golden arancini made with delicious risotto and stuffed with a savory filling.

Then, dive into the sweet side of Sicilian cuisine as you craft delicate cannoli shells, perfectly filled with a rich, sweet, creamy ricotta mixture, and topped with chocolate chips.

All classes are hands-on. Everything will be made from scratch and by hand.

We eat what we make! Enjoy the fried arancini and fresh cannoli at the end of class.

Classes are held at IL LABORATORIO - a new cooking class kitchen located at 3101 Guess Rd.

All participants receive a Class Recipe Book via email after the class with the recipes from the class.

Daniela is a 1st generation Italian American who moved to NC from Clearwater, Florida where she grew up in her family’s Italian market. That is where Daniela grew a love for baking, cooking and hospitality. She now owns her own businesses Ds Corner Kitchen, where she offers weekly meal prep services. She also owns Baked By D and loves keeping Italian traditions alive by offering classic Italian baked good. Having baked a long side her Italian mother for most of her life, she is excited to share everything she’s learned over the years with people who attend her Italian cookie classes.

All classes are non-refundable; however, we can move your registration to a different date if you are unable to make it to the class (must give us 7 days notice).
