BaLLab presents SHUFFLE & HOP, a swing social created with one big goal: more uptempo music and more opportunities to dance SHAG, BALBOA & FAST LINDY!
We love a great mixed-tempo social, but sometimes you just want a floor where the energy stays up and the music gives you plenty of chances to break out those dances that really shine at faster tempos.
🔥 Expect an emphasis on UPTEMPO swing music throughout the night, selected especially with Shag, Balboa and Fast Lindy dancers in mind.
And you don’t have to already know all three dances! Come learn something new, experiment with a different style, or simply dance your favorite.
