Aerial Burlesque Workshop

Please join us for an Aerial Burlesque workshop where we will tap into our divine sensual selves. Feel sexy, comfortable, and confident in your own skin! Participants will be led through an aerial warm up before diving into burlesque choreography with the added element of the aerial hammock.

Our workshop is all inclusive- all levels, genders, and sizes are welcome! No dance or aerial experience necessary. Come feel the empowerment and liberation that burlesque has to offer! Bring your favorite heels for pictures in the hammocks after the workshop!

Things to Bring: Water, a charged phone for photos/videos, and wear anything that makes you feel good and you can move in.

(Optional: knee pads for floor work and heels for photos after).
